We do not sell to anyone who is under 17 years old. You must verify your age before accessing the platform. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 17 years old. In any instance that our delivery driver feels you look under the age of 25 years old you will be required to present proof of age (ID, Passport etc.) on arrival at your delivery address. If this cannot be proved by the person who placed the order, then the driver will not release the products to you and your order will be cancelled. If this happens more than once your account may be removed from the platform.
We have two methods of payment 'card on delivery' or 'cash on delivery'. You can state your method of payment prior to checkout on the app or website. Please take time to read and check your order at each stage before submitting your order to us.
Once submitted, you will receive an email acknowledging that we have received your order with an attachment including the invoice. You will then receive a notification from the Zoom app to confirm that your order has been dispatched. For orders placed via our website you will receive SMS Notifications to update you on the delivery status. If we are unable to supply you with a product or cannot complete your order for any reason, for example, that product is out of stock or no longer available, or if we cannot meet your requested delivery date, or because of an error in the price on our site, we will inform you of this by email or telephone and will not process your order. You can amend your order once placed via the website or app, if this is too short notice then the driver will remove the item from your order and a refund will be issued via the method you chose to pay for the order.
From time to time we may offer special promotions and offers, these may be terminated at any time without notification.
Please select your preferred delivery date and time slot at checkout. We offer two types of delivery service 'Express' delivery that can be found above the delivery slot calender. Express delivery means delivery witihin one hour. The second type is a regular delivery using the date and time slot, if the designated time slot is not available this will be due to 'out of delivery hours' therefore you will not be able to check out until you select a timeslot within our delivery hours that can be seen in the 'about us' and 'contact us' page.
Our delivery charges are set based on quantity of order, however, from time to time these may be changed.
Our delivery team rely on you to be present at the time of delivery. From this time the product(s) will be your responsibility. If no one is available at your address. over the age of 17, to accept and pay for your order, we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery or a pick up location for your products. No order will be handed over to the customer without payment being completed.
Occasionally our delivery to you may be affected by an 'Event Outside Our Control' (EOOC), for example heavy traffic. In this event we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to notify you. Our obligations under contract will be suspended at this time and reinstated once the EOOC has cleared. Where the EOOC affects our delivery to you, we will arrange a new delivery date with you. You may cancel a contract affected by an EOOC which has continued for more than 30 days. To cancel please contact us. If you opt to cancel, you will have to return any relevant product(s) you have already received in the state you purchased them and we will refund the price you have paid, including any delivery charges.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices include VAT at appropriate rates. For home delivery customers the price you see on the app / website is what you pay. For wholesale / trade customers the prices shown on the app / website will be excluding VAT. However, the VAT will be added at the checkout to your order as a separate line item. Our card payment methods are secured and encrypted and we do not store directly any financial data about a customer.
CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
If you are a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel your order prior to delivery. In the event of cancellation you will not be charged as no payment is taken until the driver reaches your place of delivery. In the event of cancellation at the door you will be charged the delivery fee but not for the products.
We offer a sale or return service for events such as (Corporate Events, Weddings and Parties) upon request. The return service bares a 15 % service charge.
We are unable to accept returns for damaged stock after delivery. If you are not happy with your product feel free to contact firstname.lastname@example.org where we will respond within 24 hours to discuss the matter.
During festive periods we may offer a gift service which can be found on our website, mobile app and social media. Gifts cannot be paid online. The receiver of the gift must be over the age of 17 years old to meet our company age policy.

In accessing the Zoom website or app, you agree that you may only download the content for your own individual and non-commercial use. You are not permitted to copy, broadcast, download, store, transmit, show or play in public, adapt or change in any way the content of these pages for any other purpose whatsoever, in any medium, without the prior written permission of ZDS Ltd.
OUR LIABILITY (Please note, this section only applies if you are a customer)
We supply the product(s) for domestic use and resale (via wholesale / HORECA). By submitting an order to Zoom Online Drinks Delivery, you agree we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
Only with your consent we will use information about you to make marketing offers via email, telephone and mail based on your product(s) preferences. If you opt-out from hearing from us or approved third parties via the login screen, you will only be contacted by us regarding service issues including, but not exclusively, order confirmation and delivery confirmation, significant changes to terms and conditions and informational, non-marketing emails.
